- This Delivery and Returns Policy was written with care and consideration, in order for you to have the best experience whilst purchasing your new Galia Lahav item (an “Item“) via our website available at: https://www.galialahav.com/ (the “Website“). This Policy describes our delivery, return and exchange guidelines, designed to enable you to fully enjoy your shopping experience and have the pleasure of trying on your purchased Item comfortably from your own home.
- Please read this Policy carefully before submitting an order (the “Order“) via our Website, and feel free to contact us at email@example.com, or via our Website chat before placing your Order, if you have any questions related to this Policy.
- This Policy is an integral part of, and subject to the Terms. You hereby waive any applicable rights to require an original (non-electronic) signature or delivery or retention of non-electronic records, to the extent not prohibited under applicable law. If you do not agree to be bound by this Policy and the Terms, please do not submit and Order.
- You may have certain cancellation or return rights governed by local legislation. Nothing in this Policy will affect your statutory rights.
- Our Pret-A-Porter Gowns and Shoes come in standard sizes and are not available for alterations or customization; these Items are exchangeable and refundable, in accordance with the terms specified in this Policy.
- Our GALA Gowns and Evening Wear (Luxury Apparel) are made-to-order and we offer a variety of alterations to customize and personalize your luxury garment and make it fit your needs. Possible customizations for each Item are specified below each Item. Customizations will be made upon request, in accordance with your instructions and may be subject to the payment of extra fees. Please note that unless otherwise specified in this Policy, customized Items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
- If you have any questions concerning fit, fabrication or any other alteration please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or via our Website chat, and enjoy free consultation regarding our customizations options. We also may offer complimentary consultations and personal styling sessions on Zoom regarding all our bridal lines and evening attire, for further information regarding these sessions please contact us at: email@example.com.
- We realize that you want to receive your purchased Item as soon as possible, therefore, we start processing each Orders as soon as submitted. Please note that completion of the online checkout process does not constitute our acceptance of your Order. We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge that we have received and are processing your Order.
- Dispatch and delivery times shall vary according to the ordered Item (as specified within the Order and detailed below) and your delivery address. To ensure that your items arrive in time for your event, please refer to the estimated delivery period specified in your shopping bag. The periods indicated below are estimations since some Items are made upon submitting your Order.
- Gala Gowns are usually delivered within seven (7) weeks;
- Pret-A-Porter Gowns are usually delivered within two (2) to eight (8) weeks;
- Shoes are usually delivered within two (2) business days; and
- Luxury Apparel are usually delivered within thirteen (13) weeks.
- We take great care to ensure the quality of each Item and prepare it for shipping. Within 24-48 hours following your submission of an Order, you will be contacted by a personal online assistant who will confirm your order, provide you with information regarding the delivery process and time estimations, and, upon receipt, will follow up with you to make sure you are happy with your Item.
- Please do not hesitate to contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and request to deliver your Item earlier, and we will do our best to accommodate your request and support your needs. Express delivery may be subject to the payment of additional fees.
- Please bear in mind that we shall not be responsible and liable for any delays in delivery and shipment caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as strikes, shortages, riots, insurrection, fires, flood, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, government or quasi-governmental authorities actions, acts of terrorism, earthquakes, power outages, pandemic or epidemic (or similar regional health crisis).
We include the cost of taxes and duties in your order, so you won’t need to pay any additional fees upon receiving your package. Duties, taxes, and customs are calculated by Zonos, a third-party company specializing in international shipping. Once your order has been placed and paid we will not be able to offer a refund on taxes.
We start processing orders as soon as they are submitted via the Website and therefore we are unable to change or cancel Orders once confirmed by our personal online assistant. This includes changes to Items, payment method, shipping address, and the shipping method. However, if you wish to return or exchange your item once received, please adhere to the “Returns and Exchange” terms listed below.
We allow returns on items that have not undergone customizations and alterations. We charge $ 100 USD per return and we do not offer a refund of taxes and customs fee. If you wish to exchange your item, we offer the first exchange for free. For any additional exchanges or returns, we charge $100 USD.
Returnable and Non-returnable Items
- Please note that our customized Items are non-returnable (therefore, Gala Gowns and Luxury Apparel can be returned or exchanged only if such Items are not customized, personalized, or altered).
- All returned items must be returned in their original condition – uncustomized, unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, clean, free of lint, with all tags and labels attached (a “Returned Item“). Please note that we will not accept the return of any items in an unsuitable condition, once a tag or label has been removed or which do not adhere to the terms specified in this Section 17.
- If following your submission and our acceptance of a Return Request (as further detailed below) you return an item that does not adhere to these standards, you will not be entitled to receive a refund, we will notify you of this and will return the item to your shipping address.
Return Requests and Refunds
- If you would like to return an item, please contact us at email@example.com, indicate your order number (which will appear clearly in your confirmation and shipping emails or on your packing slip), and mention the reason for the return (a “Return Request“). All Return Requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of your receipt of the applicable Item. We may at our sole discretion, but are not required to, accept Return Request submitted following such fourteen (14) days and/or provide refunds related thereto.
- We shall inspect and process your Return Request within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation via email and we will issue a return authorization number and label and will instruct you on how to return the Returned Item to us.
- Please note that in order to avoid damage during shipment and delivery, Returned Items must be delivered to us in their original packaging (if possible) or in similar packing material (e.g., shoes shall be returned with the original shoe box), and in accordance with any instructions provided by us. Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure that they are packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way.
- Once your Returned Item has been received and inspected by us, you will receive a confirmation via email and will be refunded for the original purchase price minus the return fee we charge of $100 USD. For example, if you purchased an item worth $2995 USD we will refund you $2895 USD via the payment method in which the original purchase was made (the “Refund“). If you paid by a credit card, please make sure to check your bank statement, if you paid using another payment method, please check with the payment provider/issuer to locate the Refund.
- Please note We cannot offer any refunds on taxes and customs fees.
- If you received your Item yet the fit is not perfect and you wish to get a different size, or if you have decided you want a different color, design, or model, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, indicate your order number (which will appear clearly in your confirmation and shipping emails or on your packing slip) and specify your request (an “Exchange Request“).
- In order to exchange an Item, such Item must be uncustomized, unaltered, and returned in its original condition – unworn, unwashed, undamaged, clean, free of lint, with all tags and labels attached (an “Exchanged Item“). Please note that we will not exchange any items in an unsuitable condition, once a tag or label has been removed, or which do not adhere to the terms specified in this Section 25.
- We shall inspect and process your Exchange Request within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation via email and we will issue an exchange authorization number and label and instruct you on how to return the Exchanged Item to us, free of charge.
- Please note that in order to avoid damage during shipment, Exchanged Items must be delivered to us in their original packaging (if possible) or in similar packing material (e.g., shoes shall be returned with the original shoe box), and in accordance with any instructions provided by us. Exchanged items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure that they are packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way.
- Once your Exchanged Item has been received and inspected by us, we will receive a confirmation via email and will send you the item you requested to receive, if such Item is more expensive than the Exchanged Item we will send you a link to pay the additional amount, is such Item is less expensive we will send you credit by email.
- We allow the first exchange at no additional cost. If you wish to exchange your item more than one time or return it after your exchange, there will be an additional fee of $100 USD.
This Policy shall apply with respect to all Items ordered via the Website, including Items sold within at a discounted rate and/or during seasonal sales and promotion.
Our Items are designed using top-quality materials and fabrics. If by any chance you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect Item, we’re really sorry and we’ll make it right, No worries! Please contact us at email@example.com, within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the Item, indicate your order number (order number will appear clearly in your confirmation and shipping emails or on your packing slip), and mention the problem. We will do our best to replace defective, damaged, or incorrect Items.
